Meet the Founder
Sarah Davis is the founder of Recreate Leadership and a globally recognized leadership consultant. With a Master’s in Education and a specialization in Instructional Design from Point Loma Nazarene University, she has spent over a decade designing and delivering transformational leadership programs for corporations, nonprofits, and the U.S. Special Operations military.
Her work spans diverse sectors—from Fortune 500 companies like Viacom and healthcare organizations such as Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary to military programs supporting Gold Star families, teens, spouses, and active duty service members.
Driven by her mission to “pay it forward,” Sarah believes that when people discover and align with their natural talents, they not only grow personally and professionally but also create lasting impact in their organizations and communities they serve.
